All orders will be shipped within 10-12 working days of your purchase. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched. If you require the Order Number, please contact support@laromaniofficial.com

 

For Customization pieces the shipping time will increase to 14 days due to the very nature of making the product.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Shipping charges & Custom charges are not included in the MRP's.

Shipping charges & Custom charges has to be borne by the Clients/Customers.

The Client has to pay minimum 50% advance for the order confirmation.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your order for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please contact support@laromaniofficial.com to proceed with any exchange/return.

We charge extra 10-25% on garment customization according to client's requirement.

In order to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories.

 

Email support@laromaniofficial.com to arrange shipment for any returns and to check the availability of the stock if you are seeking an exchange.

 

Refunds will be credited to your account within 14 working days of confirmation of return.

 

Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender.

 

We do not accept any return/exchange on sale items.
