At Laromani, every piece is thoughtfully crafted to reflect timeless elegance and superior quality. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that each product reaches you in its finest condition. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to request a return or refund, we kindly ask you to review the policy outlined below.

Return Window

We offer a 48-hour return window from the time your order is marked as delivered. Any request raised beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for return or refund.

Initiating a Return Request

To initiate a return, you are required to email us at support@laromaniofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:
• A clear reason for the return request.
• 2–3 high-quality images of the outfit clearly highlighting the concern.

Please note that return requests without proper images or justification may not be considered.

Product Condition Guidelines

To be eligible for a refund:
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Laromani reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.

A refund will only be processed once:
• The email request has been approved, and
• The garment is received at our warehouse in perfect condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for securely shipping the product back to our warehouse at the following address:

We recommend using a reliable courier service, as Laromani is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Quality Check & Refund Processing

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:
• A thorough quality inspection will be conducted within 24–48 hours
• Upon successful verification, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.

Please note:
Due to third-party payment processing timelines, it may take 5–6 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
Exchange Policy
• The exchanged product will be delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of approval.
If you prefer, you may opt for a store credit refund instead of an exchange by emailing us at support@laromaniofficial.com with your request.
• Store credit will be issued upon approval and will remain valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Categories

Certain items are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstances:
Sale / discounted items are strictly non-refundable.
However, you may request a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.
Customized / made-to-order outfits are strictly non-refundable and non-replaceable, as they are tailored specifically to your requirements.
Accessories are not eligible for refund or replacement. This includes:
• Dupattas
• Jewellery
• Brooches
• Shoes
• Any other accessories

Important Note

Laromani maintains strict quality standards. Any product that shows signs of usage, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not qualify for a refund.
