Refund policy

We offer return or exchange within a span of 7 days from delivery of your order. Beyond this timeline we will only consider exceptions on a case to case basis. 


We charge extra 10-25% on garment customization according to clients requirement.


Any customized products can't be return or exchanged.

This pertains to orders within India. International orders are subject to a different set of terms.

What Do We Do With Your Information?


  1. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


    1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


    1. There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable): 


             A. Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due 

                 to our error. 

             B. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.


    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


    1. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as mandated by your bank.


    1. For Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 


            A. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your latest bank account


            B. Contact your credit card company (if purchase was through this method),

                it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

            C. Contact your bank (if purchase was through debit card). There is often

                some processing time before a refund is posted.

    1. Sale items (if applicable) : Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


    1. Exchanges (if applicable) : We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
